None of the stains came out. I rented a rug doctor not even 24 hours later and cleaned my carpets myself. The water I got out was dirty like I didn't even have my carpets cleaned. So why did I spend 524 dollars with you you guys or a rip off. The stains are now gone. JF. - Oswego, IL - 07/08/2022

Technician was uncooperative, would not guarantee carpet would get cleaned, would not move simple furniture, nor leave any paper protectors for the furniture we had already moved. I wasn't aware that checks were no longer accepted, so that would have been good to know ahead of time. Also, the driver came to our home about 30 minutes early. He had a cancellation, but we would have appreciated a phone call to let us know that he'd be arriving earlier. We have pets that we have to put in a bedroom while the carpets are being cleaned, so we had to scramble to get them taken care of when the serviceman arrived, so that was a bit inconvenient.
