Even though I had 1 stain in 3 different rooms, I was charged for three rooms to be cleaned. The stains were quite small. I also signed up to get my couch cleaned. I had to call the tech back to do the other side of the cousins. He quickly came back. I do not believe I got the material protectant that I signed up for. I'm too busy to follow up...

The carpet was pretty much dry when he left! In the past, we usually have to huddle in a room with wood flooring or tile for hours until our carpet dried! Thii op s is so much more convenient!
