Our carpets were cleaned yesterday by Oxi Fresh. My husband was here at home when the service was performed. He told me over the phone that the carpets did not look much different after they were cleaned than they looked before being cleaned. When I arrived home I saw for myself that that was the case. Old stains that were on the carpets before were still there. In particular, a stain of red ink looked exactly the same as before being treated. I took some Folex and a clean, white rag to test the spot myself and was able to blot the red ink to come off onto the rag. We are super disappointed in the supposed cleaning that took place and would like a refund for our money.
