Carpets were supposed to be dry in approximately two hours. After waiting four hours they were still not dry, so we went to bed and waited until morning to put things back in place. Also, we vacuumed the carpets to get rid of the marks left by the Oxi Fresh cleaner, and in the family room and master bedroom, we filled up a vacuum canister of pet hair from each room. Perhaps your cleaner reservoir filled up and wouldn't collect any more hair. It was not as good an experience as last December 2021, when you cleaned our carpets.

The technician was very kind, enthusiastic, I had absolutely no issues with him, I want to make that very clear. The machine and methodology is a really poor way to clean a carpet and I believe is part of the business model of selling this franchise. I just paid an additional $250 to have carpets cleaned by a different company today. The difference between the two methods is remarkable. I can no longer see the outline in dirt of the floor mats, the high traffic areas are actually clean now, and fluffed back up and not flat. Couldn’t be more disappointed that I paid $180 for nothing. There needs to be a better description of your methodology so people can make a more informed idiom during research. Quite frankly, I think this is a scam.
