I mainly needed one room cleaned because I had an elderly cat miss the litter box in the last month before she passed. Your tech was great but the "agitation" and sanitizing process, has only made the situation worse and the room smells bad. Since there is no extraction or deep cleaning, the issue was notr esklved.
