Unfortunately the feces smell is still present after 3 different attempts to clean the carpet in the living/dining room area. The technician Conner was great. He was very professional and attempted multiple times to get the smell out, but unfortunately it did not work. He was willing to come back for a fourth time, but I think we will need to get another company out here. Sorry for the review.I am not sure what you can do to improve the situation.
