First customer experience with OXi Fresh Carpet Cleaning was not good with no plans to use them in the future. I schedule an appointment online on the 25th November for services to be performed on 30th November 2021. Upon calling to confirm the time for Tuesday cleaning, I was informed by the customer support that my online appointment was not on the books and the email I received with all the information confirming my online date, time and cost from [email protected] would not be honored for tomorrow carpet cleaning since the tech would not have time to do the five room service which was schedule in advance so Oxi Fresh could planned accordingly for such service.
This was my experience and it was not a good customer experience; now I must research and find another company that will honor it's online request for services.
