So whoever the sent out did a great job on my carpet so the quality of service is not a question. I have been using a prepaid mastercard for Carpet Cleaning and have always used it as a method of payment as I have been using this service for at least 2 years now. For some reason the independent contractor was not able to accept my payment and this made me come out of pocket and had to pay $140 towards the service.
