It’s fine if all your employees have the integrity I saw in Milik who cleaned my carpets. I think it stayed wet too long, but that could have had something to do with the weather. I really have nothing to suggest for improvement. Maybe I should have marked 9 or 10.

We have had this carpet for over ten years..kitchen remodel in NY and Destin.move to FL...new floors in FL.
Plenty of dust ,I think , accumulated over the years..To be told that the rug could only "be refreshed" , since it was an expensive rug ,was disappointing..I was hoping to see dirt that had accumulated to be removed.
