Rugs still look dingy and dirty after your cleaning. I then cleaned them myself with a Bissel Green Machine which restored my carpets. I have a photo of my rug in mid process to show the difference. When the tech arrived he determined that the one large carpet couldn’t be cleaned with your method. It would be much better if the person scheduling the work could have asked the type of carpet before the price estimate. Given that the tech was very professional, friendly and apologized for the issue. He did a very good job on the one tug of the two we had planned to have cleaned and included a much smaller rug in the cleaning Mike Shields MS. - Destin, FL - 03/31/2023
