very disappointed after reading all the positive reviews. Called and made an appointment, gave info for doing the lanai, living/dining area and hallway, quoted a price and was told to lightly vacuum the house before their arrival and that they do not move large sofas. So we vacuumed and moved some things out of the way and got ready for them to come and clean the carpets. First we were informed that the living/dining area was considered 2 rooms!! The lanai was done and not one thing was moved, all the cleaning was done around the chairs and small tables out in that area, so basically just right down the middle of the room, dirty areas are still dirty. Then he came into the living/dining area, and I understand that the sofa was not going to be moved, but nothing was moved, he cleaned around the coffee table and end tables, even cleaned around the the small shredder that was in the one corner of the room. What a joke and it ended up costing more than $50 dollars than quoted. So if you call them, make sure your rooms are completely empty so the entire carpet gets done, had someone told us that when we called the furniture would have been moved.
