Had to call them and who answered stated they cannot reach the tech so he must be sick….so employees just do not show up when sick.
Poor customer relations.

For the money you charge and to still have stains, it is hard to recommend your company. I did like the fast drying time but wonder if I really got a good cleaning. Michael who did the work was extremely polite and tried his best to remove one stubborn stain.

That its environmentally sound and uses little water. I do not want my carpet wet especially in FL
I wish the person who does the cleaning would at least move a coffee table I had moved to allow cleaning by it but then after the cleaner left and I moved it back I noticed the spots under it.
I would think they could at least move a small table I moved two end tables another side table and two chairs I am 5' and 80 years old.
