Joe, the man that came to clean my carpets was on time and called ahead of time. Call the night before to confirm also! He was very polite and thorough. I’ve used these guys three times they are my favorite carpet cleaning company.

Very accommodating and professional.
Set up an appointment over the phone. Service was on time and terrific. Service agent came to the house to work on a couch that was in storage for a year. He checked on the couch fabric first, reviewed he’s process and some concerns I had. He was able to bring back to life my very soiled couch. We decided to add a protective spray to help maintain the life of the couch. Ensured me if I had any concerns once it all dried to call them and they would return with no issues. He also worked on a wool rug I had just gotten stained, which wasn’t on the order but made sure to help on this last minute request. Very satisfied with the work and the willingness to help with an unscheduled problem. Would recommend them and will be using them again in future.

The service man Joe was awesome.
Answered questions without hesitation, pleasant, calm, efficient, worked very hard, explained system thoroughly and I couldn't have hoped for a better connection.

Hi to whom it may concern. First I have to say your technician was very warm and friendly but I believe the cleaning products you use is not strong enough for deep cleaning a carpet because the stains are still on the very small areas that was supposed to be clean and the some of the smells are still there...I was told about the smell buster but unfortunately I was unable to pay for that service..I would say in the future a little more time should be spend cleaning a client's carpets together with better cleaning products because I am not happy with the service. THANK YOU FOR TRYING.
