The 2 small carpets that were “ cleaned “ don’t look any better than they did prior to the cleaning. The dirt didn’t come out. It’s flattened out now and not full like it was before. Total waste of money .

The day following I was not totally satisfied with the cleaning. Mostly lines where furniture was. So I decided to brush the areas myself with your product that was given to me after a previous service a year or more ago. My scrubbing removed some of the dirt lines. I feel that your tech could have spent additional time on the most soiled areas. My son and I had removed every piece of furniture from the room. We were obviously serious about having a through job done. Bottom line is we paid what you asked, the tech was out the door in 45 minutes and the next day I'm on my knees scrubbing the rug. The last time we had your cleaning, the tech gladly repeated soiled areas. And he gave me a bottle a oxi spot remover. The room looks better, but, if I was in charge on the machine there would been more time spent on the areas that needed it.
Thank you for asking. By the way, I'm 76 years old and the furniture was very heavy.
