1st time with you guys, customer service was very good, but the service was not my carpet still has dark spots but the number 1 thing is after it dryed it left a nasty smell and were my puppy (at that time) u can still smell were the puppy had her accidents so cleaning my carpet with u guys was not good.

I love that my carpet is fresh and clean and I didn't have to wait until the next day to put my house back together.
I have two elderly dogs that pee in odd places and while I clean up after them, it's not enough. Your worker explained how that works to me and did his magic, because it doesn't smell anymore.
