It's not the employee, It's your machine and the chemicals that you use. It just doesn't get the job done, in having a clean carpet. The cleaning process doesn't produce a clean carpet in the end result. I'm sorry I will not choose to use this carpet cleaning process again. Now I know why your dry time is only 90min. The carpet cleaning process you use has no water or vacuum suction involved. Over all my carpet still looks dirty to the eye.

I have had your company come out and clean our carpet but this time he was only here for maybe 20 minutes and he spot cleaned but I do not think he shampooed the whole room . I could feel difference in walking barefoot this time from past visits .
I was disappointed.

My carpet looks so nice and so clean the young man that cleaned my carpet was so nice and yes I will use your service again and I have already recommended you to someone else. You guys did a fabulous job. Thank you so much.

1st time with you guys, customer service was very good, but the service was not my carpet still has dark spots but the number 1 thing is after it dryed it left a nasty smell and were my puppy (at that time) u can still smell were the puppy had her accidents so cleaning my carpet with u guys was not good.
