Your service tech was very prompt. You let me know exactly when he would be at my house, he was very pleasant, it was very respectful, he went over and above on my traffic areas and brought the carpet up almost like new and I had some real trouble spots on very light carpet. he told me he would do his very best. It dried very quickly. He moved some tables around and moved them back after he steam cleaned. He was very thankful for the opportunity to have a job.
