We changed companies since the “low water quick dry” option sounded great. Unfortunately after the cleaning there was a residue on the carpet, the carpet didn’t dry in the hour it was stated (not even in 48 hours) and a significant smell developed even with fans circulating. I tried to contact the owner for advice / help and the local contact never reached out. We’ve been struggling with a smell ever since and had to cancel three of our tours. We’ve never encountered this with traditional steam cleaning and mostly not happy with the communication after we paid our bill. Seems we were left to deal with it on our own.
