The carpets took 2 plus days to dry and it feels like there is soap left on the carpet.
The gentleman that cleaned was courteous but late. Disappointed as I removed furniture and made ready the 3 rooms for cleaning.

Joe was great....courteous and hard working! My carpets were a mess and he got those hard to clean stains out! I will use them again for a second cleaning and for all my rugs.
