I got a new puppy about 6 months ago and she had more than a few accidents.???? I tried to get the smell out with no avail. Had a friend recommend this company and I was not sorry! Excellent Product- really effective, very sanitary, dries extremely quickly. I used to recommend this company all the time. As a commercial property owner and landlord, however, I CANNOT recommend to other owners/managers/landlords right now. I scheduled 2 appointments, Tuesday and Wednesday for the same tenants to help them get carpets cleaned and move furniture. Joe showed up Tuesday, called late Tuesday night to cancel and said he would return Thursday. It was a family emergency and I was happy to allow him that change to accommodate his needs. However, I heard nothing else, the appointment was not cancelled in corporate system and was not rescheduled. I called in Thursday, after hearing nothing and confirming he did not show and the service was never cancelled or rescheduled. I had to reschedule and it completely destroyed the carefully scheduled plan. Having to juggle a new date with the tenants and furniture did not work. I hope Joe is okay, and his family as well. As a business owner, it would have been great if he had just gone through the official channels so we wouldn’t have been left hanging. Thank you SL. - Monterey, CA - 10/28/2021
