We begin the appointment by inspecting the piece that you want us to clean. During this inspection we will find the dirtiest areas where grime and oils have built up the most. We will also take note of any damage to the item before we get started.

A pretreatment solution is applied to the dirtiest areas of your piece. This enzyme-powered solution will break down even the thickest layers of grime without harming your delicate upholstery.
Step 3
An encapsulating rinse is used to capture debris and grit in micro-crystals. This limits the chance that they will cause damage and the micro-crystals make it easier to remove the grit and debris.
Step 4
The Oxi Pro upholstery cleaning machine will be used on your piece. Along with our cleaning solutions, this machine will help accelerate the cleaning process. The broken down grime, dirt and oils will be extracted from your piece.
Step 5
Once we are done cleaning we will set up fans to encourage faster drying.
