I was charged for rugs that weren’t cleaned. When I asked that John call to get a revised quote, he was on the phone for no more than 20-30 seconds before saying no one was picking up and hung up. He said my quote wouldn’t be any different which doesn’t make any sense. After he left, I called the main line and expressed my concern. The representative said that she would have the owner of the company get back to me and that was almost a week ago. Still no call. TM. - Los Angeles, CA - 07/20/2020

We scheduled two different appts and you guys never showed up or called on either one. I was so disappointed and found out from my friend that lives in my neighborhood that you guys did the same to him. We were referred to you by another friend that invested in Oxi company, but very sad to see how you guys operate. 1) called , they said they had an opening june 16th at 12:30 and John would call me 15 min. out. My wife was having eye surgery the following day and the carpets was part of having the room ready, suggested in the pre operative info packet .I myseft that morning spent 3 plus hours getting everything out of the rooms , pulled the all the drawers out of dresser , shoes out of the closet and pulled the dresser and armor away from the wall . At 11:45 that same day I receive a call from john , telling me he wasn't sure who set this appointment up ,and that he was working in orange county and the best he could do was FRIDAY .calling the number back and asking why no one had bothered to call me prior to the day of service , i was told that they were very sorry and they would have the owner of the franchise call me right away to see of they could still get someone out that day . I waiting over two hrs. and finally called back got another girl that told me she would send an email to owner and that for sure i would be getting a call back right away , I told her that at this point I need to know if i have to pit the rooms back again or not ??? another hr.plus goes by , call back again same promise and to this day no one has called with a apology or tried to remedy this extreme lack of professionalism much less common decency.IT WAS WRONG ON EVERY LEVEL EB. - Fallbrook, CA - 06/20/2020
