I scheduled Oxifresh for my 94 year old aunt's Los Angeles condo carpet. On the website and in scheduling on the phone, I was told that Oxifresh uses a multi-step process (pre-spray, clean and water extraction). On the phone I was told that the price would be $143. However, when John arrived, he said there is no multistep process, just cleaning and that if I wanted the dirt to come out, I would need to pay $223. I reluctantly agreed. Backing up a bit, John was scheduled to come on Tuesday, 8/25 at 11am. On that date, when it got to be noon and no one had shown up, the caregiver called the number on the confirmation email. First, they could not find the appointment, then told the caregiver the appointment had been cancelled and rescheduled for Thursday at 11. They said someone had called to cancel, but I had given Oxifresh the caregiver's cell phone number and my email address, in addition to my aunt's phone number; and neither the caregiver nor I were notified. On Thursday, John came at 10:20am instead of 11 (at least he came, I guess). To conclude, my aunt's carpet, is fairly well cleaned; but due to the difficulties in scheduling, communication and pricing, I would not recommend this franchise of Oxifresh. I was given a date and time for my appointment. 8am came n went 9 came. My appointment is at 8am. I call the Oxi Fresh number put on hold several times while she speaks to her manger about my missed appointment. She gets back on says "my manager said to cancel your appointment " the guy is no longer with us that was going to do your carpets. Ohhhhh no you don't i told her. I paid to have my furniture removed. She puts me on hold she needs to speak to her manager. Gets back on says we can schedule you for Sept 16th. I told her I am not leaving my furniture in my garage for that long. Totally unacceptable. I asked to speak to a manager. She transfers me to Jorfan Keith. I leave a voice mail. No call back. I call 2 hours later ask to speak to Jordan. Told hes on the phone he will call you back. Today I have yet to get a call from anyone. I have never been so disaffected with company like yours. I have used your company when I lived in Colorado. I was excited when I found out you were in Riverside. Believe me I am not happy at All............. VS. - Menifee, CA - 08/28/2020
