How We Clean
Oxi Fresh uses a 5 step routine to make sure the floor gets clean. If you make an appointment with Oxi Fresh, this is what you can expect.
Step 1: We begin by inspecting the hardwood floor. We will meticulously find out where dirt and grime are building up as well as make you aware of any damage we find. That way you aren’t kept out of the loop.
Step 2: Vacuuming the hardwood floor is our next step. We do this to remove any grit or debris that could become abrasive to the wood during cleaning.
Step 3: We will use the OF2000 to apply a pretreatment solution. This solution is powered by enzymes and begins to break down the dirt, grime, and oils on the floor. The OF2000 assists by gently agitating the surface of the hardwood.
Step 4: The OF2000 is then used to apply our core cleaning solution. It continues to agitate the floor, accelerating the breakdown of grime.
Step 5 (Optional): If you’ve ordered it, we can now apply Oxi Floor Refinisher. This temporary urethane coating helps to protect the hardwood floor while leaving a semi-glossy finish.
