Our upstairs hallway carpet was a wreck. Workers laid a plastic barrier to protect the carpet while doing some home repairs. When removed, the plastic attracted and trapped dirt that we thought would be permanent and never be removed. Oxy Fresh was called and much to pleasant surprise all the dirt was removed without any residue. Their techie, Jack, was thorough, attentive to what needed to be done, and very efficient. They did a terrific job and are our 'go-to' carpet cleaners. Best, Dexter

They were on time. Professional, did an excellent job, and we’re obviously interested in the quality of the work and making sure our goals aligned. An unusual experience to have a company have such excellent customer service and concern. Highly recommend

Jack arrived on time, was very friendly and told us what to expect. He did a great job on the carpet. It has been 2 weeks and the carpet is clean and still smells good! The stains and odor did not come back
The carpet is beige and had lots of dark spot from normal walking. We also had an area where our cat peed. Would definitely recommend Oxi Fresh Carpet Cleaning.
