Really nice technician. Polite and efficient and friendly. I was a little skeptical because usually we use regular steam cleaning that sucks the water up. It is our understanding that your liquid is different and the scrubber also helps clean. So far so good! Carpets look clean and smell fresh and dried overnight so we're so far very very happy!
