The Oxi Fresh technician arrived on time, checked the area(s) to be serviced, and proceeded to clean. When complete, he invited me to check the work. I was pleasantly surprised as he did an outstanding job on an old carpet that was pet stained in several places. I am very pleased with the work, his professionalism and clean carpets for my guests who will arrive soon.
And since I was paying by Zelle, and I am fairly new at the process, he had immense patience with me while I was getting that in place.

I have never had such a wonderful carpet cleaning experience! The process was easy and the sanitizing was free. He was so sweet and was very thorough. My carpets looked amazing, and so don't give a second thought to hire him!
