How We Clean
When Oxi Fresh comes to clean your hardwood floors, you’ll be able to know what to expect. That’s because we use a five-step routine that ensures we miss nothing.
Step 1: We begin by inspecting the hardwood. This reveals to us where the floor is most heavily soiled, but also any damage the floor has sustained. We will inform you of our findings.
Step 2: Vacuuming the hardwood floor is done to remove any debris that may not be broken down during the cleaning process. This debris can become abrasive with the weight of the cleaning machines.
Step 3: The OF2000, our revolutionary cleaning machine, is used to apply a pretreatment solution to the floor. This enzyme-powered solution breaks down grime as the OF2000 helps to agitate the surface of the floor.
Step 4: We continue using the OF2000, this time to apply our core cleaning solution to the floor. This will break down any remaining dirt, grime, or oils.
Step 5 (Optional): The final step is optional, but we strongly recommend it. We can now apply Oxi Floor Refinisher. This semi-gloss, temporary urethane coating protects the floor from future grime and dirt.
