My carpet doesn’t look or feel clean. I tried giving it a chance due to me being told that it’ll start looking cleaner as the days go by. And that the dirt will start lifting more and all I had to do was continue to vacuum to get the results. I had service tech “ John” clean my carpets and I’m over all highly disappointed. I spent $200 on something that looks like I did it myself. I really and hope this can be resolved by sending someone out to do the job over I will greatly appreciate. If not I would like a refund for this outcome. Thanks and have a wonderful day

Recently had John from Oxiclean service my house..Bottom line folks,Dont waste ur time or money on any other Carpet cleaning company..This family owned company went above and beyond to make sure The job was done right..Only used approx 2 Gal. of water for a large 3 room cleaning and was dry under 2 hours..Carpet looks almost new..Highly Recommend this company,Definitely a 5 star company..Cudos to John and will make them my permanent carpet cleaning company..
