Very disappointed. Your cleaners were nice, I will say that. I got the two room for $109 special. You could just see darker areas where the main walking areas are in my home. When they were leaving, they said it would lighten after I vacuumed that night. Well, it didn't. They came back out, and said it was a bigger job, and I had to pay $75 more. They re-cleaned. I followed directions, and after vacuuming again that night, I still didn't see an improvement.
I really feel scammed. I wish I picked a different company, because I don't want to pay another company to come in now, but it doesn't look like my carpets were cleaned. I would not recommend your company.

Cleaned carpets great. Dries faster and no odor. Would use again and recommend. Owners from Sun City West were kind and professional.

John did an incredible job on our carpets. Removed all spots that have been nagging at me since the start of Covid. What a delight to finally be rid of them! John seemed to take extra care at providing the best service possible. Definitely a 10 in our book!!! We highly recommend and will contact him again when it's time for the next service.

It made my carpet more greasy or wet . I wasted my $100 and I even requested just to return the 1/2 amount the manager refused to return my money . Very frustrating. Waste of time & money . I will never recommend .
