My carpet doesn’t look or feel clean. I tried giving it a chance due to me being told that it’ll start looking cleaner as the days go by. And that the dirt will start lifting more and all I had to do was continue to vacuum to get the results. I had service tech “ John” clean my carpets and I’m over all highly disappointed. I spent $200 on something that looks like I did it myself. I really and hope this can be resolved by sending someone out to do the job over I will greatly appreciate.
