We can schedule an exact time for the service and you always show up on time like clockwork with a text message ahead of time confirming when you will be there. This is a HUGE convenience over having to wait for a 4-6 hour window. Not having to use a water source from the outside and leaving the front door open is also a huge plus since we have pets and have to monitor that door to make sure they don't get out. The carpet is dry shortly after the cleaning process and we don't have to walk around on soppy carpet until it dries the next day.
