The communication is excellent in Avon Ohio. I always receive a phone call and usually also a text prior to service. The tech always arrives on time and never leaves until I've looked everything over with him and it looks great! I have no complaints and have recommended OXY fresh to several neighbors and friends

We can schedule an exact time for the service and you always show up on time like clockwork with a text message ahead of time confirming when you will be there. This is a HUGE convenience over having to wait for a 4-6 hour window. Not having to use a water source from the outside and leaving the front door open is also a huge plus since we have pets and have to monitor that door to make sure they don't get out. The carpet is dry shortly after the cleaning process and we don't have to walk around on soppy carpet until it dries the next day. And the cleaning is the best by far compared to who we used in the past. Its a "no-brainer", we will never go to anyone else.
