Rick and Robin Collinwood Bring Fast-Drying Carpet Cleaning and Franchise Expertise to Henderson and Boulder City
In Nevada, Henderson and Boulder City homeowners and businesses now have a new eco-friendly carpet cleaning option with the launch of Oxi Fresh of Henderson, owned and operated by Rick and Robin Collinwood.
This husband-and-wife team brings decades of franchise leadership experience to their new locally owned business, combining operational expertise with a commitment to service and community.
For the Collinwoods, opening Oxi Fresh represents more than starting a new venture.
“We were getting tired of the corporate grind and wanted to do something that could truly help others through jobs and quality services,” said Rick Collinwood. “At the end of the day, we wanted a business that aligned with our values and allowed us to make a difference locally.”
A Modern, Eco-Friendly Cleaning Option
Oxi Fresh is known for its innovative, low-moisture carpet cleaning system that delivers powerful, fast-drying results while using significantly less water than traditional steam cleaning methods. Carpets dry quickly, and the process is safe for families, pets, and the environment.
Rick’s professional background spans well over two decades in franchise and multi-site operations leadership, including senior roles with Pizza Hut, Amazon, and Krispy Krunchy Chicken. Throughout his career, he supported franchisees nationwide and developed deep insight into what makes local businesses tick.
“For over 20 years, I supported franchisees and saw firsthand what helps them succeed and what causes them to fail,” Collinwood said. “The most successful franchisees consistently build strong people cultures that recognize achievement and reward performance. Now, he and Robin are applying that experience to serve customers across Henderson and Boulder City. The business will initially operate with one vehicle, with plans to grow and expand service capacity in the near future.
In addition to residential carpet cleaning, Oxi Fresh of Henderson plans to pursue commercial accounts and expand services over time.

Community involvement is central to the Collinwoods’ vision. They actively serve in their local church’s children’s ministry and believe trust and service are foundational to operating a home-services business.
“We want to build a business our community can trust,” Collinwood said. “Especially since people will be granting us permission to enter their homes.”
