My carpets look and even smell clean. The young man, Jeremy who came to our home did an excellent job. He was very friendly. I would give him an A+ as the face of your company. A great personality. I will definitely use your services in the future.

Don't let them near your carpet. After remodelers tracked in slush onto my white carpet, the manager was kind enough to arrange for carpet cleaning services to take care of it. Unfortunately, three Oxi Fresh cleanings later, my carpet is ruined. It is now an awful shade of gray and looks worse than it did before it was cleaned. I wish I could upload pictures. Plus, on the third visit, one of the techs was rude, condescending and almost to the point of belligerent. I was told there's nothing else they can do and are not taking responsibility - I now have to replace my carpet at my own cost.
