There were several stains left behind, and not ones that were difficult to remove as we’ve been able to get rid of them. They were just missed. There was one larger stain in our guest bedroom that was already reappearing last just several hours after your technician left. Also, I don’t know what he used as products on our carpets, but it left them with this horrendous smell..a moldy, vinegar, dirty stench that smelled like stinky, wet socks or something similar. Our house is always kept very near, clean and nice smelling and my senses were shocked by whatever that scent was that came from his cleaning chemicals. I really didn’t want to contact him to come back because I figured if he messed it up once, he wouldn’t do things over correctly again either.
My husband and I went around and cleaned up some of the small stains he missed with hydrogen peroxide and they came right out. I had to spray Febreze on the carpeted areas to try and remove that terrible smell. We’ve used your company before and had a good experience before this. But I’m not comfortable using you again with this kind of service. It was a real disappointment compared to our last experience with your company.

My carpets look and even smell clean. The young man, Jeremy who came to our home did an excellent job. He was very friendly. I would give him an A+ as the face of your company. A great personality. I will definitely use your services in the future.
