Quick dry time! My cleaner Isaiah was the best! He was professional, personable, polite, prompt, and extremely efficient! If I need the service again and I have a choice to request him I definitely would! It is because of the work he did that I would recommend this company time and time again! Thank You OxiFresh for hiring such an awesome worker! I am very satisfied with the carpet cleaning products that were used as well as the results of the carpet itself!

Nothing really. You did fine. 8 is a good rating. For a 10 you would need to truly blow me away but there were still a few spots left. Not your fault, it was really dirty.

We like using oxy fresh because there's minimal water usage. With our previous steam cleaning applications as the carpet dried it tended to wake up the water that was in the pad and from the subfloor turning maybe areas a little bit brown. This doesn't do that both times that we've used the service. The technicians were professional, prompt, good communication, and there was a noticeable difference in before and after.
