Step 1
We begin by conducting an inspection of the floor. This allows us to target areas that need more attention while still ensuring the entire floor is cleaned in a quick and efficient manner.
Step 2
After inspecting the floor, your technician will vacuum the boards. This removes grit and debris that our cleaning won’t break down. Grit and debris could become abrasive, causing damage to your floor.
Step 3
We will apply a pretreatment enzyme to the areas of the floor that need it the most. The places we choose will be where grime has built up the most.
Step 4
Once the pretreatment enzyme has done its job, we will apply our core cleaning solution. The OF2000, our revolutionary cleaning machine, will be used to scrub the surface of the hardwood. This accelerates the cleaning as our core solution breaks down the layers of dirt and oil on your wood.
Step 5 (Optional)
Once we have finished, we can apply a protectant to your hardwood floor as an additional service. We use a semi-gloss, temporary urethane coating. This extends the results of your Spokane hardwood floor cleaning.
