While the carpets were left very clean, the cleaning machine left a significant amount of fuzz all over the carpet. I had to vacuum my entire apartment to remove all the fuzz following the cleaning. Ultimately, if this is known to happen with some carpet types, I would’ve expected the technician/cleaner to have a vacuum with them and to clean up the fuzz after the cleaning of the carpets. Our technician was fantastic and did his best to pick up all the fuzz by hand but there was so much that inevitably he could not get it all. He did a great job and my disappointment is not at all with him but the fact that he was not provided with a vacuum to clean up following the machine cleaning. NT. - Seattle, WA - 02/28/2023

I think our ancient carpet is dirtier than we thought. The stains we hoped to remove appeared as soon as it was dry. We may need to do another round or two because it still smells bad in here. But we appreciate the good service and I'm sure the quality is fine, it's just that our carpets are old and heavily trod so the dirt is very deep. LC. - Seattle, WA - 09/03/2022
