I sent my feedback to you on 6/6. The fellow came from Oxi Fresh of Tacoma to do upholstery cleaning. He only cleaned the top parts of the sofa and chair. Didn't do the lower front, the sides and back. Said he didn't like to do those parts...too difficult. Only cleaned one side of the cushions. Needed paper towels to mop up spills. Very disappointing and unprofessional.

While the carpets were left very clean, the cleaning machine left a significant amount of fuzz all over the carpet. I had to vacuum my entire apartment to remove all the fuzz following the cleaning. Ultimately, if this is known to happen with some carpet types, I would’ve expected the technician/cleaner to have a vacuum with them and to clean up the fuzz after the cleaning of the carpets. Our technician was fantastic and did his best to pick up all the fuzz by hand but there was so much that inevitably he could not get it all. He did a great job and my disappointment is not at all with him but the fact that he was not provided with a vacuum to clean up following the machine cleaning.

The service representative who showed up to do my carpet was very friendly and efficient. Carpets were done in less than an hour and dry within two hours. Very pleased.
