The Oxi Fresh staff was on time and professional. We were happy with the drying time as indicated. We had moved most of the furniture out of the way. The carpet looks clean except for some corners and close to under the sofa.
Maybe a little more effort to get under some of the furniture, IDK if you charge extra for that.

The carpet was streaky, it wasn't cleaned behind the bedroom door. Stains were missed. It didn't really look any cleaner overall. I went back through with my handheld Bissel and did a better job than you idiots did.
