I contact your company to do my carpets for a reason. Oxi Fresh Carpet Cleaning is a great company! Your customer service is always excellent. Your representatives are always polite, courteous, informative, and thorough.
Today was no different. Isaiah contacted me prior to my scheduled appointment to see if he could start earlier than the scheduled appointment time. It turned out that, that worked out better than my original time slot.
My carpets look and smell great! I was able to get in on your current 3 room special, so to say it was a win win! Most definitely! Very reasonable and well priced.
