The appointment was for 11:15 (verified several times) but the technician said he was told by the company to arrive between 10:30 and 11:00, which he did. Fortunately we were home and ready for him. He did a fine job.

My technician did an amazing job on my carpets. There were a lot of coffee drips in my office and everything came clean. He was on time, fast and thorough. After he was done we walked through the areas and he made sure I was happy. I highly recommend this company.

My carpets and stairs were so very dirty and had pet stains all over. We have an elder cat that vomits often. She always uses her box to uinate but sometimes forgets where to go for BMs. We try to keep up with it but it got out of hand.
The carpets came out absolutely beautifulafter he cleaned them! The young man who did the cleaning was very nice. He was right on time and worked so hard to get the carpets clean. The product he used is great. Dried very quickly! The cost was also very reasonable.
I will definately use your company again and will recommend you to others!
