I'm very impressed. My biggest concerns were multiple red wine stains and discolored spot by the patio door. The cleaning removed them completely. The carpets look great. Although we went out before the "two hour" drying time, I believe it was going to be dry or at least very dry within that time window.

Alex did a fine job. He called to let me know that he was on his way, which was good. He did a fine job of getting rid of all of the light blood stains, except for a 50-cent sized one in the TV room. (I didn't notice it until after he left; if he's in the area and could stop and look at it that would be great.)
Alex was conscientious and very friendly and we enjoyed having him in our home.

The employee was friendly, knowledgeable, on-time, and efficient. The carpet is old, so it would have been a miracle for it to come back to its original cleanliness, but I think the result of the Oxi-Fresh product was quite reasonable. Also, the quick dry feature is a real asset.
