After the cleaning Most of the stains in my carpet were not removed, the carpet felt stiff and crunchy, the carpet cleaning device looked mediocre and the carpet cleaner (Alex) was not able to provide me with a receipt (paper or email) since I was paying in cash I needed some type of physical receipt so I had to take a pic of my receipt from his phone. John is super good: He kept his promise and arrived our place on time even the road condition is poor due to the bad weather. His service and customer service attitude is excellent. The result is great! He went extra miles to take care the hard reaching areas so it won't leave a black strip around walls. Also, our carpet has a few areas with candy wax, John removed the wax for us. I will recommend Oxi Fresh to anyone. CZ. - Sammamish, WA - 01/01/2022

I am writing to you regarding the cleaning you did at our condo. First, I must tell you I have not seen it yet as I am away, but my husband was very disappointed with the end result. I will be home in one week to see for myself but we have talked by phone and he said it didn’t seem clean. He did say the person you sent was wonderful and very personable so thank you to him very much. I will see when I return from my trip and get back to you with my feedback. Your scheduler was not very friendly, nor was she upfront about charges and policies. I had to “push” for the “deal” that was advertised in your Val Pak coupon. She consented finally to the advertised deal but only after I insisted you honor your advertising & “ just this one time”. - like she was doing me a favor! Wha? The tech who cleaned our carpet said your policy was to “ not move any furniture” because of insurance reasons. What? I know of no other company that would not move the few pieces of furniture that we left in the rooms. Small Furniture that I ended up moving around and asked for help to shove forward the 2 sofas. BTW, I’m a 4’11” , 100 lb, 67 year old woman. Also BTW, your Val Pak coupon said you move small furniture… Your apparent lack of dedication to customer service is glaringly unacceptable.
