OXI Fresh saved the day! I had one day to clean the carpet before turning in a rental and technician cancelled on me at the last minute! I am calling oxi fresh, freaking out, and the owner himself called every other franchise to find someone who can clean my carpet. They got a technician from his day off to accommodate me! That is definitely above and beyond great customer service!
Carpet was also unbelievably clean! Alex did a fantastic job removing stains I did not even have hopes of being removed. The carpet looked better than before we moved in.
Definitely recommend!

John was great to work with. Super friendly and did a great job. The carpet stains came up out of the carpet which was a plus.
He was quick and I love that it’s non-toxic and safe around my dogs.
I’ll definitely use Oxi-Fresh again in the future.

The overall refreshing of the carpets was fine. Issues I have is spot treatment. I had to treat 7-8 spots in bonus room and another 4-5 in hallway. Also, with infrequent cleanings, I really need the companies that can clean close to the edges. I will need to repeat this cleaning w another company to get it ready for selling. But surprised how well he got it clean by back door entrance!!

There was no.visible difference in the state of my carpet despite your claims of removing stains. There was no big difference in odour either. Also, you have strange way of charging the rate. You consider large rooms as 2 rooms rather than charging for the actual square footage. I ended up paying way more than the estimate for very poor results.

We had one of our cats start peeing in two places after our elderly cat died and needed to get it cleaned with an enzyme to eliminate the odor. Alex is very personable and a hard worker but it appears that the training he received was poor at best because his knowledge of the products he used was very limited but I don't blame him, this is clearly poor management and training. Once the carpet was dry the smell came back immediately which is very disappointing after spending $158 to have roughly 10 sq ft cleaned.
