Responsiveness, punctuality, and feedback. I cold called Oxi Fresh as my first of probably two or three options that I had. I never got to make the second or third choice. From the call handler, Allana to the technician Micheal they displayed a high level of professionalism, customer service orientation and the need to provide exemplary service.
Allana and Micheal overdelivered on the time the technician would be at our house. He was two hours early and since I was available Micheal was able to complete the job, provide instructions on how to proceed once the carpet had dried up and provide information on a 14-day warranty which I had no idea about.
Oxi Fresh clearly exemplifies a business that is customer centric consistently looking to provide their customers with good experiences at every touching point of the business. I'll be back for sure.
