You guys did such a job on the stairs! I've just tried to vaccuum those stairs before and it's a job. I bent down to pick up a tiny piece of lint on a stair and took and closer look and I've just never seen such quality. I want to thank your employee who serviced our house. He's obviously conscientious and my wife tells me it was done very fast as well and communicated with her that there's a non-stain, superficial like burn-changes and he said to take a razor and go over the surface. Will do!

The technician was very professional and personable, and did a fantastic job cleaning our carpets. I would definitely recommend Oxi Fresh to others for carpet cleaning and will call them up for my next carpet clean! Nicely Done!

This is the second time we've used Oxi Fresh. Both times our carpets looked amazing and smell so clean. The technicians are always on time and very professional. Jayden was our tech yesterday and he was very thorough, removed stains and showed us the work he had done afterwards. We appreciated Jayden taking such good care of our carpet.

The gentleman that came to the house was great. Very personable and upfront. He said that the company is mainly a carpet cleaning company and so the furniture cleaning might not be as great. He said he thought it would be clean but wasn't going to get any stains out. I feel like this should have been stated when I booked it so I could decide upfront if we wanted to have you go ahead and clean the upholstery. He did the stairs which was fine but dinged and marked up the white boards on the risers so that all has to try and be cleaned and repainted now which is a total pain. It would have been nice if he would have slowed down and been more careful, especially if he saw that he marked it up on the first stair.

Less disruption vs. systems with hoses throughout the house.
