I pretty sure I was over charged. I'll be calling Monday to follow up with someone regarding my bill. Also, the carpets were still wet when I went to bed at 11 pm that night. Not exactly the one hour dry time that was advertised. The cleaner used had a funky smell that took a couple days to dissipate and the carpets really didn't look that great. Certainly not worth what I paid. It looks no better than when I do it myself, took longer to dry, and didn't smell good. AJ. - Bellingham, WA - 04/09/2017
