The tech was appropriate but friendly and very knowledgeable! Product had my carpets so clean with no bad smell or soggy carpets that took forever to dry. The machine nose was minimal and I will be a repeat customer !! MM. - Bellingham, WA - 01/19/2023

Michael did a great job! We have been plagued with cat urine odor. He worked hard to capture all the problem areas and left our house smelling SO much better AND the carpets are clean!
