The is not even clean enough the carpet still dark we ask him politely, if you can do much better work, but he keep telling us this is the way we do it we do more than this, and very disappointed

For the carpet on the stairs, only the tread was cleaned the risers for each stair step were not.
I asked the service person about it and he said they do not have equipment to do the vertical part of the stair riser. I found that odd since you do vertical on furniture. So I called the service desk on 11/21 at 206-886-3595 and was told that it would have to be referred to the owner and that person would call me back. No word yet. The service person was from the Tacoma office and not Bellevue as expected. He worked out if the trunk of what appeared to be his personal vehicle without signage. There was no company truck which makes me question the companies reputation. To make it right I would want the stairs cleaned and finished properly.
